Cross Cultural training
Good to know:
Why people behave differently here? How much tip is customary? What does it mean if a driver flashes its lights at me? Why does Santa Claus come on the 6th December and not 24th December?
These questions are probably easy for you to answer, but when you move to a new country everything is new and the simplest things are done differently so you feel like an outsider until (with time and help) you understand why things are done in that way. What if your assignees understood most of the differences before and were able to laugh about them instead of feeling frustrated. Would you like to save or minimize the cultural shock for them? Then a cross cultural training is the answer.
Each training is individually tailored to the person’s needs and requirements. Our consultant is there for your assignees not only during the training, but they always have someone to turn to with the weirdest questions afterwards as well.
