Cultural training
Good to know:
Why people behave differently here? How much tip is customary? What does it mean if a driver flashes its lights at me? Why does Santa Claus come on the 6th December and not 24th December?
When you move to a new country everything is new and the simplest things are done differently so you feel like an outsider until (with time and help) you understand why things are done in that way. What if you understood most of the differences before and were able to laugh about them instead of feeling frustrated. Would you like to save or minimize the cultural shock? Then a cross cultural training is the answer for you.
Each training is individually tailored to your needs and requirements. Our consultant is there for you not only during the training, but you always have someone to turn to with your weirdest questions afterwards as well.
